Choose a valid registration method and distinguish basic from advanced access.
Cl@ve is personal access to supported public services. Each service decides which registration level it accepts.

Procedure in detail
Documents to prepare
- Your own accepted DNI/NIE and the validity/support details requested on the official page.
- For a foreign applicant: check the required residence document and accompanying passport/identity evidence.
- A mobile number you control, plus your email address. Do not enter passwords, SMS codes or certificate files in SpainForm.
Steps in order
- 1Open the intended public service and note the required Cl@ve level; basic registration is insufficient for some services.
- 2Choose the official route below and confirm its identity and equipment requirements.
- 3For an office visit, find a participating registration office and check whether an appointment is required.
- 4Complete identity verification on the official service, then check that the mobile number and email belong to you.
- 5Store activation instructions privately and test the intended service. A successful registration does not mean an application to that service was filed.
After submitting
- Keep account recovery and contact details current.
- Each person needs their own account and mobile association. Ask the office about a minor's personal attendance and guardian evidence.
